Blurb for FEEL THE BURN

War makes strange bedfellows.

I, Gaius Domitus, one-eyed rebel dragon king of the Provinces, know that better than most, since I have to fight off half my ungrateful family on a regular basis to keep law and order here in my lands. But I never expected to have to consort with a barbarian human woman.

Kachka is beautiful, if you like them fierce—and of course I do. But she keeps complaining about how spoiled and decadent I am, and how a feared Daughter of the Steppes has no time for foolish dragons. I think she likes my eye patch, though. It is quite dashing. With death always at our tails, we take our passion like we take our allies. As they say, love the barbarian you’re with…

Misty’s Review of FEEL THE BURN

Feel the Burn is book 8 in the Dragon Kin series. This was a great addition to this series. I really enjoyed this story.

Feel the Burn is the story of Gaius and Kachka. Gaius is a dragon and Kachka is a barbarian woman that Gaius consorts with to win battles and gain more land and people. Gaius is also fighting with his family. Kachka uses Gaius for the same reasons.

Gaius and Kachka fight together and as they fought side by side they have grown closer then they wanted to. They start to have feelings for each other, but they know that they can’t afford to allow those feelings to get in the way of winning the battles that they fight.

To find out what happens with Gaius and Kachka grab yourself a copy of Feel the Burn. It is an awesome read. I love this whole series because its the perfect mix of mystery, action, and romance. Each one of the stories flow together perfectly.

Do I Recommend?

I would recommend this to those whose love paranormal romance with Dragons….

My Rating:   5 out of 5 stars (A)
